Key to the development of Leicester’s Local Transport Plan 3 (LTP3) were the Equality Impact Assessment (EIA) and the Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) including the Health Impact Assessment (HIA).
The scoping reports for these assessments were available for consultation between 30th July 2010 and 6th September 2010.
Following scrutiny of the LTP3, and comments received on the SEA Scoping Report, the Environment Report was produced and consulted on from early December 2010 to mid January 2011.
