Mental health awareness course

We now offer a course to raise awareness of mental health issues, so that you can support colleagues, employees and look after your own mental health.

Further information

Mental health issues are common with one in four people experiencing some form of mental health problem in the course of one year. Good mental health and wellbeing are associated with improved outcomes for individuals in education, employment, social relationships and in better health and increased resilience.

£35 (includes a set of course notes and refreshments)


We will be holding two sessions per date, so you can choose either a morning session or an afternoon session.
