Come to one of our events and speak to a member of the adoption team and get advice from people who have already adopted.
What happens at the event?
- There will be a presentation which will last around 40 minutes
- Opportunity for you to speak to a member of the adoption team
- Get advice from people who have already adopted.
We are currently recruiting adopters who live outside the city of Leicester. We would like to hear from you, whether you are able to provide a home for a single child or a sibling group of two or more children.
We are always pleased to hear from mixed race and black adopters as there is a national shortage of adopters for children from these backgrounds. We are also keen to hear from people who would consider fostering for adoption, where you are approved for both fostering and adoption to enable you to have a child placed with you at the earliest point.
