Come to one of our events and speak to a member of the adoption team and get advice from people who have already adopted.
OFSTED rates our adoption service as 'good'. This means we provide a very high standard of assessment and training as well as getting a good match between adopter and their new child.
What happens at the event?
- There will be a presentation which will last around 40 minutes
- Opportunity for you to speak to a member of the adoption team and get advice on the process
- Get advice from people who have already adopted.
We are currently recruiting adopters who live outside the city of Leicester. We would like to hear from you, whether you are able to provide a home for a single child or a sibling group of two or more children.
We are always pleased to hear from you, whether you are able to provide a home for a single child or a sibling group of two or more children and whether you yourself are single, in a relationship, civil partnered or married. We welcome adopters from the LGBT+ community.
We are always pleased to hear from Black African or Caribbean adopters as there is a national shortage of adopters for children from these backgrounds.
