The leaving care service works with care experienced young people leaving care aged 16 – 25.

Just because you are leaving care, or have already left care, we haven’t stopped caring about you. We want to make sure that you feel safe and supported and know where and who to go to for advice and help. Our care leaver offer describes all the support available to young people who have left care.
How to get in touch
You are expected to contact your own leaving care advisor in the first instance.
When your own leaving care advisor is not available, or if you do not have a leaving care advisor, a duty worker can be contacted:
- Phone: 0116 454 2811. Our phone line is open Monday to Friday 8.30am to 12noon and 1 to 5pm (4.30pm on Friday)
