Fosse Arts provides an exciting array of creative activities with excellent facilities for both individuals and groups.

Further information

We have two studios, one for ceramics and pottery and one for general arts activities. Everyone is welcome as previous experience is not necessary. We also have three studios used by artists as their workspace.

  • Cost - £4.80 per session, pay as you go (concessions available).

Fosse Arts runs an exciting range of workshops in ceramics and general arts to suit all ages and abilities.

Ceramics and pottery studio

The ceramic and pottery studio can accommodate all aspects of the ceramic and pottery process including:

  • throwing
  • hand building
  • slip casting
  • mould making
  • Raku (Japanese pottery)

All abilities are catered for and newcomers are welcome.

Our open studio sessions are open to everyone. These are drop-in sessions and no booking is required. Why not come along and find out more? A tutor is present at these sessions to advise and assist.

General art studio

The art studio provides a friendly and relaxing environment for beginners and those with more experience. The art studio holds weekly classes open to everyone.

Fosse Arts works extensively with disability organisations and charities, delivering on statutory requirements for priority groups and providing tailored workshops suitable for those with physical or learning disabilities as well as those with mental health problems.
