Volunteering in our parks
Come and join us in making a positive difference to your local park, and enjoy the benefits of the wide open spaces, fresh air and physical exercise.
Walking can be beneficial to both physical and mental health. Our parks are holding 12 free mindfulness sessions between July and September. Sessions will be held at the following dates:

|Tuesday 31 July||10-11am|
|Thursday 16 August||1.30-2.30pm|
|Thursday 20 September||10-11am|
|Tuesday 28 August||10-11am|
|Wednesday 5 September||11am - 12noon and 2-3pm|
|Monday 10 September||10-11am and 2-3pm|
|Tuesday 18 September||10-11am and 1-2pm|

Who can get involved?
There are opportunities for anyone to get involved with, whether individuals, businesses, schools or other groups. All ages are welcome, however under 18s need prior arrangements. Children are welcome but every child under 18 years old must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
