Aqua
Women only session .Aqua is an aerobic style class performed in water to music. It is a great class for those who wish to lose weight or struggle with high impact exercises. Water is a fantastic resistance tool which when combined with your own body weight and specific toning movements can create a boost in your metabolic rate which enables your body to burn fat more efficiently.
