Gymnastics
Pre-school gymnastics
Pre-school gymnastics teaches your children important skills like balance and co-ordination. With expert supervision and a playful environment, it's a great way for them to have fun and lay the foundations of a healthy, active lifestyle.
Your budding sport stars can jump straight into the world of pre-school gymnastics. With an adventure playground to explore and lots of exciting activities to get involved in, the sessions are always energetic and entertaining. And while they're having fun with new friends, they'll also be getting a head start in the world of physical exercise.

General gymnastics
Our general gymnastics classes introduce gymnasts to varied disciplines in gymnastics, including apparatus work, acrobatics and tumbling. Fun activities within the classes will allow the children to enjoy and learn gymnastics in the best possible environment. We cater for 3 levels including, beginner, intermediate and advanced. Classes will develop children’s core strength, flexibility, co-ordination and balance which underpins all gymnastics skill. Children will work towards the British Gymnastics Core proficiency badges, which will help progress their skills at the right speed for their age and level.

Trampolining
Trampolining is a great way to keep active, from very young through to adults can learn to bounce safely on one of our courses.
