This class brings together the funadamental aspects of Yoga and Pilates. Yoga is a combination of exercises, postures and breathing techniques. Pilates strengthens the muscles that support the spine to bring the body into balance.
Please arrive 5 minutes before the class start time.
If you arrive after the class start time your space may be offered to someone else.
Participant minimum age for all classes is 14. 14-15 year olds must be accompanied by an adult. 24 Hours’ notice must be given for class & court cancellations in order to receive credit on your account.
