Total Aerobics is great for those who become bored easily. These classes vary from a normal Aerobics format to a 50/50 format (30 minutes each Aerobics and Step) or a 20/20/20 format (20 minutes each Aerobics, Step, and Toning). As these classes don’t stay the same for very long you never experience that ‘plateau’ effect.
Participant minimum age for all classes is 14. 14-15 year olds must be accompanied by an adult. 24 Hours’ notice must be given for class & court cancellations in order to receive credit on your account.
