Pump Max is a class based on lifting weights to music using barbells, dumbbells and the most effective weight of all… YOU! This class tones your muscles to increase your metabolic rate for a rapid fat-burning
effect as well as increasing heart rate to improve cardiovascular fitness.
Please arrive 5 minutes before the class start time.
If you arrive after the class start time your space may be offered to someone else.
Participant minimum age for all classes is 14. 14-15 year olds must be accompanied by an adult. 24 Hours’ notice must be given for class & court cancellations in order to receive credit on your account.
