Legs, Bums and Tums
Legs, Bums & Tums classes are specifically designed to tone your legs, bottom and stomach. To keep the classes varied, different types of equipment are used such as steps, dumbbells, bands and core stability balls. It’s a great fun way to burn fat and work on those areas you might not be able to do in the gym.
Please arrive 5 minutes before the class start time.
If you arrive after the class start time your space may be offered to someone else.
Participant minimum age for all classes is 14. 14-15 year olds must be accompanied by an adult. 24 Hours’ notice must be given for class & court cancellations in order to receive credit on your account.
