Fitness Yoga is designed with you in mind, creating a powerful programme of strength, endurance and flexibility. We fuse traditional Yoga postures with contemporary Fitness principles allowing you to own your practice and release the modern Yogi.
Please arrive 5 minutes before the class start time.
If you arrive after the class start time your space may be offered to someone else.
Participant minimum age for all classes is 14. 14-15 year olds must be accompanied by an adult. 24 Hours’ notice must be given for class & court cancellations in order to receive credit on your account.
