Circuits are a highly effective full body workout, mixing cardiovascular with muscular endurance stations. This class is great for keeping you motivated and moving towards your goals, whether they are fitness, weight loss or toning.
Please arrive 5 minutes before the class start time.
If you arrive after the class start time your space may be offered to someone else.
Participant minimum age for all classes is 14. 14-15 year olds must be accompanied by an adult. 24 Hours’ notice must be given for class & court cancellations in order to receive credit on your account.
