Box Fit is a fun exercise class based on boxing principles. The class is purely non-contact with no sparring involved; just lots of fun pad work with many different types of exercises to ensure you burn plenty of calories and tone up every muscle in your body.
Please arrive 5 minutes before the class start time.
If you arrive after the class start time your space may be offered to someone else.
Participant minimum age for all classes is 14. 14-15 year olds must be accompanied by an adult. 24 Hours’ notice must be given for class & court cancellations in order to receive credit on your account.
