Pilates strengthens the muscles that support the spine (neck, shoulders, abs, hips and thighs) to bring the body into balance. Most aches, pains and injuries are due to muscular imbalance. Pilates helpsto realign the spine in order to decrease tension, increase flexibility, and strengthen the body from the inside out.
Please arrive 5 minutes before the class start time.
If you arrive after the class start time your space may be offered to someone else.
Participant minimum age for all classes is 14. 14-15 year olds must be accompanied by an adult. 24 Hours’ notice must be given for class & court cancellations in order to receive credit on your account.
