Functional Fitness is a class based around conditionining through functional movement patterns. This class will contain a variety of exercises that will get you moving in a practical manner getting the most out of your workout!
Please arrive 5 minutes before the class start time.
If you arrive after the class start time your space may be offered to someone else.
Participant minimum age for all classes is 14. 14-15 year olds must be accompanied by an adult. 24 Hours’ notice must be given for class & court cancellations in order to receive credit on your account.
