Step is predominantly a cardiovascular class that uses a step as the main piece of equipment. This class provides a great high level cardio workout to music, designed to shape and tone the entire lower body while stepping up your fat-burning systems to the next level.
Participant minimum age for all classes is 14. 14-15 year olds must be accompanied by an adult. 24 Hours’ notice must be given for class & court cancellations in order to receive credit on your account.
