GIANT chess pieces, croquet and top hats will be taking centre stage at Abbey Pumping Station Museum for a special Alice in Wonderland-themed event this month.
The museum will come alive with activities and events related to the classic Lewis Carroll fantasy tale, on Tuesday, May 30, from 11am to 3pm.
Visitors will be able to make giant flower masks and mini top hats, or help to paint the roses red. There will also be the chance to play croquet and giant chess.
Entry is free, with activities costing £2.50 and a small charge for train rides round the site.
