LEICESTER’S new market square will host two specialist markets on consecutive days next week.
On Sunday (3 September), it’s the return of the monthly Makers’ Market, with more than 20 local businesses filling their stalls with homemade and handcrafted goods.
Showcasing the finest food, drink and craft producers in Leicestershire, the Makers’ Market runs from 11am until 4pm.
On Monday (4 September), the square will be full of curios, collectables and vintage items as the first in a new programme of weekly antiques markets gets under way.
Operated by specialists Antiques2Go, the antiques market will be open from 9am until 4pm every Monday from 4 September.
