Environmental information Regulations (EIR) requests

A list of sources of information and data has been produced which will enable an enquirer to make their own determination of what the CON29 response may be. Please note that no warranty is given for information accessed in this way.

1.1 Planning and Building Decisions and Pending Applications

Which of the following related to the property have been granted, issued or refused or (where applicable) are the subject of pending applications or agreements?

  1. a planning permission
  2. a listed building consents
  3. a conservation area consent
  4. a certificate of lawfulness of existing use or development
  5. a certificate of lawfulness of proposed use or development
  6. a certificate of lawfulness of proposed works for listed buildings
  7. a heritage partnership agreement

  11. a building regulation completion certificate and

2.1 Roadways, footways and footpaths
