Information for parents and carers of children transferring from infant school (Year 2) to junior school (Year 3), starting in autumn 2018.
Applying for school place
You can apply for a school place from Monday 11 September 2017.
Please note all applications made after midnight 15 January 2018 for transferring to a junior school in autumn 2018 will be treated as a late application.
If you wish to apply for a school place starting now then please complete an in-year admission application.

Closing date - midnight on Monday 15 January 2018
Please make sure you submit your application by the closing date of midnight on Monday 15 January 2018. Applications received after this date will be treated as late and will be dealt with after those received on time and you are less likely to be offered a place at your preferred schools.
What happens next?
For on-time applications you will be sent an email (or a letter) informing you which school has been allocated on Monday 16 April 2018.
