Victim Support give free and confidential help to victims of crime, their family, friends and anyone else affected. They give information, emotional support and practical help.

You don’t have to report a crime to the police to get help and can get support at any time, whenever the crime happened. They are not a government agency or part of the police. Visit the Victim Support website using the link above.

A 'keep safe place' is somewhere a person can go if they feel vulnerable, upset, scared, worried, confused or distressed and need immediate support whilst they are out in the community – usually in the town centre.

More information is available on the Leicestershire County Council website.
