MyHOME app and website
The MyHOME app and website aims to provide you with the right help, advice and information if you're at risk of homelessness or are having housing difficulties. The app and website has been created in partnership between Leicester, Rutland, and the districts and boroughs of Leicestershire.
What can you do on MyHOME?
The app and website works by asking you questions on your current situation and then providing you advice based on your response.
- Enter information about your current housing situation and be given an action plan for services to contact.
- If you declare yourself as homeless, you can use the app or website to send/receive documents and contact officers
- Get advice on looking for properties, money advice, dealing with repair issues, welfare rights and housing benefit and those discharged from the Armed Forces.
If you are homeless, sleeping rough or require emergency housing advice, we advise you call us on 0116 454 1008, Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.
