We have signed an agreement with the Living Wage Foundation to become a Living Wage employer.
Since 1 December 2015, we have paid our staff at least the voluntary living wage. The most recent Living Wage Week saw the amount raised to £8.45 per hour.
Wherever possible, we will expect our contractors to pay the living wage to the relevant staff working on council contracts too.
