Again mayor in 1326, and died about 1330. Matilda de Norton, perhaps his widow, was living here in 1336.

(Having previously been deposed, King Edward II then a prisoner, was murdered at Berkeley castle 21 September 1327. His son and successor, Edward III, was crowned 2 February 1327).
