LEICESTER’s Gypsum Close Recycling Centre is due to close for a day later this week, to allow maintenance and improvement works to take place.
The household waste recycling centre – which also accepts trade waste – will be closed on Thursday, 23 March, while work to install new speed humps and repaint line markings is carried out.
Freemen’s Common Recycling Centre, at Islington Street, will be operating as normal, but will not be able to accept any trade waste.
The Gypsum Close Recycling Centre will reopen at 8am on Friday, 24 March.
