Search planning applications
You can access our planning database on-line. It contains more than 125,000 planning application records going back to 1948 as well as records of planning appeals and enforcement notices. You can also search for planning applications by address or postcode using the CityStreAtZ mapping system.
The database also gives access to our on-line library of decision notices, which are available to view and print for free. Please note that new decisions may sometimes take a week or so to appear on this system. These can be viewed by searching for the application number on the database.
Scanned images of planning application documents from mid-2006 are available to view on this website. If the documents don't load, please contact us for details. Planning application documents are always available for viewing during normal office hours at our Customer Service Centre at 91 Granby Street.
If you want to inspect an older application, please contact our planning team to arrange an appointment. We may be able to make scanned copies of older applications available to view on the web site.
If you've recently made a planning application and want to check its progress please contact us for more information.
