Revision to tenancy conditions

The conditions of tenancy set out the rights and responsibilities you have as a tenants and the responsibilities we have as your landlord.

New terms of your tenancy that came into effect from 2 March 2020.

If you agree with the revised conditions, you do not need take any action. You do not need to sign a new tenancy agreement. 

If you do not wish to accept the revised conditions of tenancy, the only option available as set out in the Housing Act 1985, would be to terminate your tenancy. In these circumstances we would encourage you to take appropriate legal advice.
