Unfortunately we no longer accept application submitted through the Submit-a-plan portal.
You can email your application to us or from the 1st March 2012 you will be able to submit your application directly to us from this page.
Submit new application
Currently we cannot accept on-line payment of building regulation fees, therefore whichever method is used for submitting your application, the fee will have to be posted to us, preferably with a copy of the completed application form.
Alternatively from early March you will be able to telephone us on 0116 252 6652 and we will be able to accept Credit/Debit card payment over the phone.
We are in the process of setting up on-line payments and we will notify when this facility is available.
