Le-One, City Centre Management is a business led
partnership which takes a strategic approach to engage and inspire the public
and private sectors, including citizens, businesses and visitors, in decision
making at a local level to deliver a shared vision for the management and
marketing of the city centre.
What is our aim?
The main focus of City Centre Management is to establish Leicester City Centre as the preferred destination for retail, leisure and entertainment in the East Midlands and to encourage investment in new City Centre businesses and promote the advantages of city living.
What is the Le-One Partnership?
The Le-One Partnership comprises members from the public, private and voluntary sectors, and various boards and forums representing the interests of different sectors within the City Centre have been set up to deliver challenging priority action plans aimed to enhance the city experience for residents, businesses and visitors.
Le-One seeks to ensure a focused plan of action so that the City Centre offers a clean, safe and secure environment for residents, business people and visitors to enjoy the wide variety of venues and facilities within the City Centre. The partnership continues to strive to exceed the needs and expectations of all its users both now and in the future.
Who is responsible for the City Centre?
The City Centre Director, Sarah Harrison, is responsible for developing and promoting the long term vision for effective management of the City Centre, and establishing a close liaison and working relationships with key private and public stakeholders to support the Le-One partnership objectives and programmes.
