The Ashleigh Road Conservation Area was declared in November 1989, and has an area of approximately 3.77 hectares. The area is bounded by Narborough Road and Fosse Road South, and includes parts of Ashleigh Road and Westleigh Road.
The Ashleigh Road Conservation Area Character Statement was approved in June 2000.
Some properties in this conservation area are covered by an Article Four Direction, which limits the rights of householders to carry out work to their properties without planning permission.
