When a planning application is displayed in our File Director browser, you will usually first see the Document List screen:
This displays the various documents relating to that application in the table at the top. Note that you can switch the columns on and off by checking/unchecking the box at the top of each column, and checking/unchecking the 'All Columns' box on the left-hand side of the screen.
Clicking on one of the rows brings up the relevant thumbnails in the box at the bottom of the screen. You can browse these thumbnails to find the page(s) you need. Then click on one of the thumbnails to display the 'Document Detail Screen':
In the blue panel on the left of the Document Detail Screen, use the buttons to:
Downloading pages to PDF format will particularly make plans easier to navigate and view on screen, and will allow printing of individual pages or whole documents.
