Paying Your Rent

All cash office functions at the Neighbourhood Housing Offices (listed below) closed on Friday 3rd June 2011. You now need to use the other payment methods detailed on this page. This includes a list of all Pay Point outlets and Post Offices where you can pay rent. If you need further assistance, please call our Tenants' Advice and Repairs Service on (0116) 2527007.




PayPoint

You can now pay at any outlet showing the PayPoint logo. Just pass your bill and cash payment to the shop assistant and they will do the rest. Details of your local outlet can be found at the PayPoint website.


Post Office

You can also pay for free at any Post Office branch. Details of your local branch can be found at the Post Office website.


Direct Debit/Standing Order, Credit Card, Debit Card

You can pay your rent by Direct Debit, Standing Order, Credit or Debit Card or Direct Deductions from your welfare benefits.

 

You can pay your rent over the telephone using your credit or debit card using the automated payment service on (0116) 252 7012 or by contacting the Tenants' Advice and Repairs Service on (0116) 252 7007. You can also pay online
