Outreach services provide advice and help for rough sleepers and homeless people in Leicester:

To find suitable accommodation;

With referrals to hostels;

On health access, benefits and housing;

With clothing.
Staff can also accompany service users to appointments and interviews.
When is Outreach available at the Dawn Centre?
Outreach staff work split working shifts:
Early shifts are between 6am and 2pm Monday to Thursday, and from 6am to 1.30pm on Fridays.
Late shifts are between 8am and 4pm Monday to Thursday, and from 6am to 1.30pm on Friday.
Outreach also undertake a joint street work needle exchange arrangement with LCPT on Mondays between 4.30pm to 7pm.
The Outreach team offer a surgery in YASC every weekday morning between 8.30am to 10am. Present at the day centre service and place your name on the list, the team will speak to you between those times.
