Management Team

Zara Mangan

I am the Head of the Workforce Development Unit and so I am responsible for workforce development in social care across children, young people, adults and older people services. I work closely with partners in other statutory, private and voluntary organisations to ensure that workforce development is done jointly as much as possible.

I have overall responsibility for the Care Management Division in Adult Social Care and I am covering programmes for Adult Mental Health Professionals and Best Interest Assessors.

I represent the City Council on the Sub Regional Workforce Group for Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.

Larissa Barker

I am one of the Team Managers in the Workforce Development Unit with lead responsibility for children’s services.

Annette McNicol

I am a member of the Unit Management Team and have responsibility for budget planning and forecasting and for ensuring the other managers stay within budget! I also manage the admin team and oversee all financial and administrative systems, processes and facilities.

Jo Ramkissoon

I am one of the team managers in the Workforce Development Unit with responsibility for adult social care with particular responsibility for the care services division, including older person's services, domiciliary care, learning disabilities and mental health.
