Young carers and people caring for disabled children
Many people don't see themselves as carers. They think of themselves as family members or friends. As a result they often don't realise that there is help and support available to them.

We produce a regular newsletter to help keep carers up to date with activities and news in connection with their caring rolw. You can download the newsletters below.
These pages are about how Leicester City Council and partner organisations may be able to help people who care for adults with information, advice and support. If you are a young person caring for an adult specialist support is available.
Information is also available for carers of disabled children.
