Spinney Hill Park

The Spinney Hill Park conservation area was designated in 1982 and is centred on Spinney Hill Park.

The conservation area is approximately bounded by Mere Road, St Saviours Road, East Park Road and Park Vale Road.

We adopted a character statement in September 2002 and can be viewed below. The properties in this conservation area are covered by an Article 4 Direction, which limits the rights of householders to carry out work to their properties without planning permission. This can be downloaded below.
