Total Body Conditioning
Total Body conditioning, is an all body workout, using variuos weights along side a variety of exercises.
This class covers a huge range of exercises ranging from basic moves to more advanced techniques, tailoring it to suit all participants, from high energy pulse raises to being able to place extra emphasis on target muscle groups like the abs, glutes, arms and thighs all with maximum effectiveness.
