Body conditioning offers a less vigorous approach to a toning class with an aerobic style warm-up and full body toning session. This class uses various types of equipment from dumbbells to resistance bands to core stability balls. The whole class is performed to music to inspire and motivate you throughout.
Please arrive 5 minutes before the class start time.
If you arrive after the class start time your space may be offered to someone else.
Participant minimum age for all classes is 14. 14-15 year olds must be accompanied by an adult. 24 Hours’ notice must be given for class & court cancellations in order to receive credit on your account.
