Landlord Forum to take place at City Hall

The latest Leicester City Council Landlord Forum takes place on Wednesday, March 7, from 10am to 1pm, in City Hall, at 115 Charles Street, Leicester LE1 1FZ.
All private landlords and letting agents are welcome to attend the free event, which will cover topics including:
• How Universal Credit operates
• Local support for Universal Credit tenants
• The Homelessness Prevention Act
• New energy efficiency rules for landlords
Leicester assistant city mayor for housing, Cllr Andy Connelly, said: “These events are run to ensure landlords and letting agents can get free help and advice on matters which affect them.
“People will be on hand to answer queries about issues as how Universal Credit operates, and also about other local services which can help landlords and their tenants.”
