Music and exercise

This year we are offering an exciting programme of music and exercise classes.

Each session will cover a genre of music; learners will get to play popular hits from these. Each session will embed the fundamentals of guitar playing, such as reading guitar notation, strumming and packing techniques.

Learn how (Hatha) yoga practice benefits the body and mind. You will explore many different postures and their benefits, such as improved mobility, strength, flexibility, better breathing habits, relaxation, balance and concentration.
