Report a problem with your bin

If your bin is not emptied on the scheduled day, please contact us. We will arrange for collection of your unemptied bin either later the same day or on the next working day. You can also report any problems you have with your bin on My Account.

Please use this form to contact us if:

  • Your bin has not been emptied on the scheduled day
  • Your bin has gone missing
  • Your bin is broken and needs repairing
  • You need a larger bin.
