Staff will advise and assist you to pass the test. Most of our volunteers have mobility problems themselves and are very understanding and patient.

Safety
Leicester city centre is busy and your safety and the safety of pedestrians must be taken into account at all times. You should be aware that pedestrians may occasionally walk out in front of you without looking or may stop suddenly (especially children). It is essential that speed is kept to a minimum and equipment should never be driven faster than walking pace, especially at busy times.
Shopmobility is covered by third party public liability insurance; however, the user is responsible for driving safely.
Accidents do happen. However, if you are involved in an accident of any description irrespective of any damage or injury, it must be reported to Shopmobility on return of the loaned equipment. Failure to do so could affect your membership.
