New Westcotes Phase 2 Western Park Residents' Parking Scheme (Experimental) 

A new residents' parking scheme in Leicester’s West End is due to come into effect from 17 November 2014. The existing Westcotes Residents' Parking scheme is being extended to include some nearby streets in Western Park after strong public support for the plan.

New Car Parking Charges

New car parking charges for on-street and council-run car parks will come into effect from 23 November 2014.

The council is a member of the Parking and Traffic Regulations Outside London (PATROL) Adjudication Joint Committee. Information on civil parking and bus lane enforcement on behalf of councils in England and Wales is available at the PATROL website.
