What's new?
The leisure centre has undergone a number of improvements as part of a national pilot project to get more people swimming. These improvements include:
- Additional swim play equipment
- New chairs and tables for the street area
- 2 x new hairdryers and vanity unit
- Costume dryer installation
- Storage pods installation on both pools
- New blinds on both pools
- Hot drinks machine installation
- Sun loungers on poolside for relaxation sessions
- Temperature signs on poolside.

Due to future swimming gala events, there will be changes to the availability of public swimming or swimming lessons.

Walking football sessions
We are working in partnership with Leicester City Football Club and Age UK, to deliver a series of walking football sessions. Walking football is a slow paced version of football with no running involved. First session is free and thereafter £2 per session.
