Bidding for properties
When will I be able to bid for properties again?
What happened to the bids I placed on Leicester HomeChoice on 6/7 March?
All properties that were advertised and bids placed from 6 March have been withdrawn. Available properties were re-advertised on 27 March 2024.
When will my property be ready?
If you have been offered a Leicester City Council property, there may be a slight delay, but we are working hard to ensure your property is ready for you to move into as soon as possible. Once all repairs are completed, you will be contacted by our Property Lettings Team to make an appointment to view the property and sign your tenancy agreement. Please continue to be patient and be assured that we will be in touch.
