Strategic Outline Business Case for Transforming Cities Fund – Tranche 2
The authority submitted a Strategic Outline Business Case to the Department for Transport in November 2019, a copy of this is attached for information. Please note not all the schemes detailed in this business case received funding as part of the £32.5 million award.
Local Assurance Framework
As part of our governance structure we have developed a Local Assurance Framework (LAF) which sets out the governance, risk management and control processes in place to appropriately manage funding granted to the authority by central government. A copy of this framework is shown below:
Project Business Cases
As part of the Local Assurance Framework a full business case is produced for each project which is signed off by the TCF Board (Details of the board are shown in the Local Assurance Framework). A summary of the business cases and associated Value for Money statements are shown at the bottom of this page.
