Environment

To report urgent environmental problems such as damage that has or is highly likely to cause immediate harm to a person or property, a traffic collision, dangerous dogs, hazardous spillages or offensive graffiti:

To report other environmental issues, please report it using Love Clean Streets.  

Waste Management

You can report a problem with your bins, missed collection or request a replacement bin on My Account.

Adult Social Care and Safeguarding

Call the following number for enquiries about blue badges, carers, community and day centres and any other issues regarding social care and health:

Council Tax and Business Rates

Enquiries relating to council tax including discounts, exemptions, reductions for disabled people, council tax support and making payments. As well as queries related to NNDR business rates:
