There are over 30 outdoor gyms in our parks which are free to use and suitable for all fitness levels. The equipment is suitable for anyone over the age of 14.

Leicester has more than 30 outdoor gyms situated in our local parks so you are never far away from one. They are easy to use no matter what your experience or ability.

Outdoor gyms help you to live an active and healthier lifestyle by making activity easy to access and free to use. They can also be enjoyed with family and friends.

Just adding an extra 10 minutes of moderate activity to your day can help you feel happier and healthier. (If you are breathing faster and feeling warmer but can still chat to a friend you are doing moderate activity).
