We have 31 outdoor gyms in our parks which are free to use and suitable for all fitness levels. The equipment is suitable for anyone over the age of 14.

Leicester has more than 30 Outdoor Gyms, situated our local parks, so you are never far away from one, they are easy to use - no matter what your experience or ability.

Outdoor Gyms help you to live an active and healthier lifestyle by removing barriers such as cost, time and allowing you to enjoy being active with friends and family.

Just adding an extra 10 minutes of moderate activity to your day can make you help you feel happier and healthier. (If you are breathing faster and feeling warmer but can still chat to a friend you are doing moderate activity).
